Introductory 2-3 hour workshop - gather essential information on your company, values, competition, customer pain points, and access to all accounts, enabling tailored content creation for your audience.

Monthly meetings - To maximize efficiency, I prioritise saving clients time. Our monthly 1-hour meeting is essential. We review social posts, plan future content, and analyse analytics. I aim to secure approval before any posts or emails are sent out, especially initially. 
NOTE: CONTENT MATERIAL  
We ask for continuous sharing of content, images, and videos whenever possible is essential. Visual elements significantly enhance engagement and make the content more memorable. Therefore, integrating various forms of media is crucial for achieving success. 

Additional 

We work with Go Cardless Payments 
The first month’s payment is payable upfront 
We expect you to give us feedback on an ongoing basis 
We expect all invoices to be paid within 30 days, except for the first invoice as per the above 
We expect an initial 3-month agreement, which then moves onto a monthly rolling contract. 
The cancellation period is 30 days, we expect you to pay for the billing period you cancel in.
